Ann Mollman has a proven track record gained by over 25 years experience in management positions, ranging from Charge Nurse, Director, and Executive Management team member. During that time, she consistently met or exceeded employee and patient satisfaction goals, financial goals and regulatory requirements. In addition to her management experience, she is also adjunct faculty for Black Hills State University College of Business and Natural Sciences and the University of South Dakota Health Sciences.She attributes her success to three things; a passion for doing the right thing, the ability to connect with others through education and a strong leadership style based on mutual value and trust.
Not only a great facilitator, team builder, and mentor, Ann has the education (BS in Nursing; Masters in Business Administration) and experience to back it!
